VP of Slot Design

About the role

Full-time position
Location – Riga, Bucharest, or work remotely
Key Role – The VP of Slot Design will be responsible for managing our slot design teams, ensuring that we produce a high quality and varied pipeline of new slot games.

Recruit and develop top slot design talent.
Develop standards and procedures to ensure speed and quality at all times
Work closely with the company’s executive team to develop and meet organizational goals across the short, medium and long term
Resolve any and all slot design issues, prioritize slot features well.
Support the Marketing, Business development and Account Management departments in their efforts to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Ensure new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance, testing prototypes continuously, analyse trends in the gaming market and researching the market: products, customers, competitors, trends.

At least 10 years experience working on slot development, particularly on model and feature design
Ability to work with both established and newly formed teams, challenging and supporting them to continuously improve.
Good ability to work remotely.
Good record of driving and creating the product concepts and building outstanding solid solutions together with your teams.
Able to work in fast moving, high pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Degree level or higher education.
Fluent in English.
