Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales support team
- Review and manage the list of clients to be integrated with our platform on daily basis;
- Daily follow up on new and ongoing integrations;
- Ensure that the transition between business development and account management departments is seamless;
- Work closely with integrations team;
- Implement project management procedures to ensure timely completion of projects;
- Review project plans and resolve onsite problems;
Requirements:
- Strong project management and organizational skills;
- Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to learn quickly and work with best practices;
- You have excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Proficiency in English and Chinese;
- Be able to quickly and clearly understand the business strategy to ensure the decisions are aligned accordingly;
- Ability to get things done under pressure.
