Boom City Championships – 8 August 2022- Terms and Conditions for Players

1. The ‘Boom City Championships’ (hereinafter the “Game”) hosted by Pragmatic Play at the Saluting Battery, Valletta, Malta, on the 8^th August 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”). This Game is open to 180 registered clients who agreed to participate in the Game (hereinafter referred to as the “Player/s”). 
2. This Event is being organised by Pragmatic Play Ltd, a company incorporated in Malta bearing company registration number C68028, and its group of companies (jointly referred to as the “Pragmatic Play”)
3. The Event is being held on the 8^th of August 2022 from 5:30pm – 11:00pm (the Game will commence from 6:30pm)
4. This game is free to play. A Player may participate one time during the game period for the duration of the Game. The Player is required to present his/her name to be eligible to participate in the Event. Pragmatic Play reserves the right to impose further requirements to participate in the Event, where it deems necessary in its reasonable discretion.

The Event Manager, marketing team or host/hostess will request personal details such as names and company names to be displayed on a digital screen and laptop (hereinafter “Personal Information”) for the Event duration only. Personal Information will not be kept on Pragmatic Play’s database and will be deleted at the end of the Event.

• Game Mechanics:

To participate in the Game, Players need to follow the instructions below:

Each row on the Game board represent the levels of the Game (levels 1-7) whilst the columns on the Game board correlate to the die result number.

For example, if the die result is 2 the Player will move to the Level 1 row, second square from the left-hand side, to correlate the column of the die value (2).  The Host/Hostess will ask the Player whether they want to keep their number or continue to progress to the next levels. For example, if a Player lands on level 1, square 1, and the value is 48x they may decide to keep this value, which will be added to the leaderboard. If the player takes a risk and progresses, the presenter will continue to ask the Player whether to keep the value or progress in further rounds.

The values of each game board square the Player lands on will not be accumulated. In order to reach the 1200x game board square, the Player would need to roll the die and move around the game board through every level without getting a bust.

• – The game ends and the Player cannot progress further in the game.  
• – The Player is protected, so if the Player lands on Bust on the next roll, he/she will be safe for that round and keep their current value. 
• – The Player can jump up one level.  
• – The value of the square and a decision offer is suggested, to keep the score or continue playing. 

In the event of a tie between two Players, the Players which obtained the same result ranking in the top 3 placings will be asked to come back to the game area and play the Game once again ‘head-to-head’ against the other tied-player. The tied players will go head-to-head on the game board. The Player will only have one (1) game life. The Players will continue to play until there is an outright Winner for each place prize (i.e., 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place).

In the event of a tie between three or more Players with the same highest scores, such Players will be asked to come back to the game area and play the Game once again ‘head-to-head’ against the other tied-players. The tied players will go head-to-head on the game board. The Player will only have one (1) game life. The Players will continue to play until there are three (3) outright Winners for each place prize (i.e., 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place).

If in the head-to-head round there is another Tie-Break, the participants with the same result will continue to play the Game until there are three (3) outright winners with the highest results.

Prizes

The Prizes will be:

1^st Place Prize – 1500- EUROS worth of travel as ROCS gift vouchers

2^nd Place Prize – 500 EUROS worth of travel as ROCS gift vouchers

3^rd Place Prize – 300 EUROS worth of travel as ROCS gift vouchers

• Pragmatic Play shall not be liable or responsible for any accidents or damage which arises out of or in connection with the participation in this Game.
• There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable except in the situations described above.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend or withdraw this Game and/or to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without liability and without notice.
• Pragmatic Play is the sole arbiter of this Game, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Pragmatic Play may at any point before, during or after the Game, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Game and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
• Pragmatic Play reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claims made against itself and/or the Game. If there is a breach or suspected breach of these terms and conditions, or fraud is suspected, Pragmatic Play may withhold any prizes.
• The Players and Winners hereby acknowledge and agree that Pragmatic Play owns solely and exclusively all rights, titles and interest to Boom City Live Casino and Boom City Championships Event, and any ideas, modifications, enhancements, proposals and suggestions to the Game, shall be automatically assigned to Pragmatic Play.
